Furness branch
The best way to create a society that works for autistic people, is to join one.
Welcome to the Furness Branch of the National Autistic Society.
We provide support through our regular Adult Befriending Group.
We offer information and signposting to autistic people of all ages and their families and carers.
We offer training in autism acceptance and understanding.
We campaign alongside other groups and organisations for better services.
We challenge policy makers and service providers to create a society that works for autistic people
The Branch went into hibernation during Covid. We relaunched the branch last year and are back in our office at Hindpool Community Centre on Nelson St. We welcome members, old and new.
