Liaise offers a comprehensive range of specialist support services for people with complex needs and specialist conditions.
We have residential care and supported living homes in Cambridgeshire, Hampshire, Lincolnshire, East Anglia, London and the South East.
At the core of our approach is Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), which focuses on understanding and addressing the root causes of behaviour. PBS promotes positive change, enhances quality of life, and empowers individuals to reach their full potential. Our team is trained in PROACT-SCIPr-UK, a respected, accredited method emphasizing that all behaviour communicates a need, enabling healthier, more effective support.
Each home is managed by a Registered Manager and a team of Support Workers, backed by specialists like PBS Practice Leads, Occupational Therapists, and Speech & Language Therapists. We provide personalised support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, enhancing their quality of life and fostering independence.
Our values reflect our commitment to delivering high quality support services and ensuring the happiness and well-being of all we support.
We continuously strive to uphold our vision, purpose and values so that people with support needs are ensured the inclusion and dignity they deserve.
