About the event:

Every mile you complete will help support autistic people and their families!

How you complete your miles is completely up to you. Spread them out across the month with an easy 2 miles a day, or fit them around your routine with longer sessions at the weekends. Walk, run, cycle, swim — any activity counts. It’s free to sign up, and you’ll receive a free t-shirt to wear with pride, plus a performance tracker to help you log your miles and stay motivated.
