I am a trained facilitator of the National Autistic Society’s Teen Life programme, supporting parents and carers of autistic young people aged 10–16. Through Developing Matters CIC, I provide a safe, supportive, and autism-informed space where families can explore strategies, share experiences, and build confidence in supporting their young person’s development. Sessions cover key themes including understanding autism, communication, independence, and supporting wellbeing. I am also experienced in delivering other parent support programmes and developing psychoeducation resources for families, schools, and professionals.

Other specialisms: I am a former SEND teacher with extensive experience supporting autistic and neurodivergent children, young people, and their families. I also have clinical experience of carrying out assessments and delivering interventions for learning disabilities and autism. I am currently completing a PhD on mindfulness-based approaches in schools and training as a Learning Disabilities and Autism Practitioner. Alongside facilitating Teen Life, I deliver the Riding the Rapids programme and create practical psychoeducation resources for parents, carers, and schools.
