Terms and Conditions of use for NAS branch websites

By using an NAS branch website you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, which take effect immediately on your first use of any such site.

If you do not agree to be bound by all of the following terms please do not access, use and/or contribute to this or any other NAS branch website.

The NAS may change these terms from time to time and so you should check these terms regularly. Your continued use of this or any other branch website will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended terms. 'NAS' means The National Autistic Society and Autism UK Ltd, and includes any NAS local branch, person or organisation involved in any part of the design, development, response-handling, marketing, promotion or other similar aspects of this site.

Those sites and materials are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. No materials may be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

You agree, to the maximum extent allowed by law, to indemnify the NAS and any affiliates (including NAS branches) from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from your use of the website, including, without limitation, any claims alleging facts that if true would constitute a breach by you of these terms.
