Hi, I’m Tayler
I’m an autistic therapist (with ADHD, too) offering trauma-aware, neurodivergent-affirming therapy for autistic and AuDHD adults.
I work with people who are burned out, shut down, constantly masking, or just tired of adapting. Some are processing a new diagnosis; others are still wondering whether any label fits. Many are asking: what’s me, what’s survival, and what now?
Whatever stage you’re at, I’ll meet you there.
How I Work
My style is gentle, real, and responsive - shaped not just by training, but by lived experience. As someone with an AuDHD neurotype, I notice nuance, think in systems, track what’s unsaid, and make room for the messy, beautiful ways people show up.
Clients tell me I’m fully present and grounded. I offer structure when it helps, and flexibility when it doesn’t. You’re welcome to laugh, cry, stim, swear, loop, ramble, go quiet - whatever version of you feels safe enough to show up that day.
I draw from neuro-affirming approaches such as person-centred, IFS-informed, somatic, and compassion-based therapy — but more than anything, I work relationally. That means we move together, with care - not performance. I also work affirmatively with queer and gender-diverse clients, especially those navigating the complex overlap of identity, trauma, and neurodivergence.
Pre- and Post-Diagnosis Support
If you’re exploring ADHD, autism, or both - or adjusting to life after a diagnosis, I offer dedicated support that’s validating and tailored to you. These sessions are structured but spacious, offering a clear framework while leaving room for reflection, uncertainty, and change.
You’re welcome to choose either the Pre- or Post-Diagnosis package, or work through both, depending on what you need. Each package typically includes four focused sessions, with the option to continue into ongoing therapy if it feels supportive. I’ll share an overview of the structure before we begin, so you know what to expect.
Pre-Diagnosis Package
In pre-diagnosis sessions, we explore what’s brought you here - whether that’s masking, burnout, sensory overwhelm, or feeling like you’ve been “too much” and “not enough” your whole life. We might look at patterns like social exhaustion, emotional shutdowns, rigid routines, difficulty with change, intense interests, meltdowns or shutdowns, or a sense of always being on the outside of things.
You might struggle with emotional spirals, executive dysfunction, or feel like your nervous system is always “too full.” We’ll talk about what’s showing up now, reflect on your past experiences, and consider NHS, private, or Right to Choose pathways if diagnosis feels like the next step - or just stay with the questions, gently and without pressure to take the next step.
Post-Diagnosis Package
In post-diagnosis sessions, we make space for everything that might come after the assessment - whether it happened last week or years ago. You might be feeling relief, grief, confusion, anger, or nothing at all. Maybe you’ve tucked the diagnosis away for a while, or you're only now ready to explore what it means.
We’ll look at how it lands in your body, relationships, and sense of self. You might be questioning old memories, wondering how to explain things to others, or trying to unlearn years of shame and self-blame.
There’s room to explore disclosure, accommodations, and realistic expectations in work, family, or healthcare - or to reflect gently on what fits, what doesn’t, and what kind of life feels possible now. We might look at rebuilding routines, honouring your energy, or learning how to meet your needs without apology.
If you want to keep going, this work can flow into longer-term therapy - slowly integrating your diagnosis into a fuller, more compassionate story of who you are.

Adapting to You
Sessions are shaped around your sensory and communication needs - whether that means more clarity, more quiet, or more room to just be.
This might include:
- Visual outlines, whiteboards, or gentle structure to reduce cognitive load
- The freedom to stim, pause, info-dump, or text if speaking feels difficult
- A low-stimulation in-person space with weighted blankets, fidgets, and flexible lighting
- Clear, direct language — with as much explanation, repetition, or checking-in as you need
Whether you process out loud, in spirals, or with long silences - we’ll adapt the space to fit you.
When we begin, I’ll ask a bit about your access or communication preferences. I’m open to all sorts, whatever helps you feel safe, understood, and supported.
Location & Practical Info
I offer therapy online across the UK, as well as in person in Manchester city centre (Milton Hall, Deansgate). Sessions are a full 60 minutes - not the traditional 50 - with the option of 75 minutes if you prefer more spaciousness or are working monthly. You can attend weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, depending on what suits your needs and capacity.
Part of my commitment to neurodivergent-affirming therapy is recognising that we all process and engage differently. Some people need space between sessions - time to consolidate, decompress, or let things settle. Others feel more supported with regular, in-depth weekly work. You're welcome to keep the same time each week if routine helps you feel grounded, but you're not required to; I offer flexibility wherever possible, while still providing enough structure to feel safe.
You’ll find a full FAQ on my website, including details about my qualifications, fees, how to book, cancellation policy, and what to expect before your first session.
What’s Next?
I offer a free 15–20 minute consultation so we can get a feel for whether we’re a good fit - no pressure, and no need to explain everything upfront.
When you’re ready to reach out, head to my Contact page. You’ll find a few different ways to get in touch - including WhatsApp, email, or a contact form with plenty of prompts if you’re not sure what to say.
There’s no perfect way to begin - we’ll start where you are.

Other specialisms: Autism often doesn’t show up on its own. Many of the neurodivergent adults I work with are also navigating autistic burnout, executive dysfunction, shutdowns, or years of masking that led to emotional exhaustion. Sometimes it shows up as people pleasing, high-functioning anxiety, or just never quite feeling like yourself in the room. I support clients through burnout recovery, identity exploration, and the emotional impact of misdiagnosis, invisibility, or late recognition. For some, that includes complex PTSD or the weight of having had to adapt to stay safe. I also work affirmatively with queer and gender-diverse clients, and offer flexible, validating support for those seeking neurodivergent-affirming therapy - including AuDHD therapy and post-diagnosis integration. Whether you're navigating overlap, burnout, or just want to stop shape-shifting for everyone else, there's space for you here.
