I’m Hannah (she/they), a non-binary, late-diagnosed autistic former GP.

Whether you are just starting to inquire into your unique way of engaging with the world, self-identifying as neurodivergent, or formally diagnosed as autistic, or autistic with ADHD (Audhd), Beyond the Map is my way of offering a place where you can finally explore who you are at your own pace, without judgment, and start to shape a life that feels more like yours.

My approach blends professional coaching training with lived experience, offering support that’s accessible, affirming, and rooted in the realities of navigating life differently.
