About the event
This October, complete 100 miles in a way that works for you. Whether that's walking the dog, swimming lengths at your local pool, cycling with friends or combining different activities, every mile brings you closer to your goal.
100 miles might sound ambitious, but when you break it down to around 3 miles a day, it becomes a fun and achievable goal that can help you stay active, boost your wellbeing and enjoy the autumnal time of year.
Best of all, every mile you complete will help raise vital funds to support autistic people and their families.
During registration you can opt in to receive a free t-shirt and performance tracker to help keep you motivated from day one to mile 100.
