101 Autism & ADHD Assessments Service is a trusted provider of high-quality, compassionate diagnostic and therapeutic services for autistic individuals and those with ADHD. We offer comprehensive, NICE-compliant autism and ADHD assessments, including full multidisciplinary evaluations. Our team of highly specialised professionals brings extensive expertise in neuroaffirming assessments for children, adolescents, and adults across the autism spectrum.

We are committed to delivering individualised, empathetic evaluations that celebrate each person's unique strengths and challenges. Our clinicians are proficient in using gold-standard diagnostic tools such as the ADOS-2, ADI-R, ACIA and DIVA. Where appropriate, we also provide nursery and school observations to support holistic assessment.

We specialise in supporting individuals who may have been considered “hard to assess,” ensuring each person receives an inclusive, respectful, and empowering experience. Our multidisciplinary team includes experts in psychiatry, clinical psychology, psychotherapy, speech and language therapy, and occupational therapy. We also collaborate closely with educational professionals to support comprehensive and ongoing care planning.

While remote assessments are available, we strongly recommend that the ADOS-2 be conducted in-person wherever possible, to ensure the most comprehensive and nuanced understanding of an individual’s social communication and behavioural profile.
