I am a therapeutic counsellor and mentor offering individual counselling and/or mentoring for autistic and neurodivergent young people and adults. My person-centred approach supports individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings to address emotional or psychological challenges, working towards improved well-being within a confidential environment. Areas of focus may include: post-diagnostic support; high levels of anxiety; support in education, university or the workplace and consideration of reasonable adjustments; emotional regulation and literacy; understanding sensory sensitivities.

I can offer a personalised blend of counselling and/or mentoring to meet individual needs. I work with autistic and neurodivergent inidivduals or those who self-identify as neurodivergent or have social communication differences, as well as parents and family members. Accessibility to sessions is flexible and can be offered on-line via zoom (with or without camera and microphone as preferred). Face-to-face sessions are offered in Sidcup and Orpington.
