My style of assessment is person-centered, compassionate, detailed, and aimed at getting to the heart of who you are. I am always interested in your deep internal experiences and perceptions of the world, and your sense of self; never prioritising scores or checklists. I am skilled in weighing up mental health needs, trauma, and physical health needs alongside neurodivergence. I am neuro-affirming in my approach and will always focus on strengths and skills alongside needs and challenges. Masking and the impact of this will always be considered carefully.
I can also offer psychological therapy, adapted specifically for your neurodivergent strengths and needs.
I can also offer training and workshops to organisations or businesses, to become more neuro-affirming and neurodivergent aware.
