Hi, I'm Katrin, a friendly, neurodiversity-affirming counsellor. I offer a warm, welcoming space for adults and young people to explore identity, relationships, confidence, change, meaning, and what matters most.

Life brings change, challenges, and new beginnings. Along the way, we may second-guess ourselves, struggle in our relationships, feel overwhelmed by everyday demands, or carry things that others cannot always see. We might question old assumptions, wonder where we fit, or find ourselves asking who we are becoming.

I offer a collaborative space where you can be yourself and explore what's on your mind.

You may be feeling anxious or overwhelmed, noticing difficulties in your life or relationships, navigating loss or change, or exploring questions of identity, meaning, and belonging.

I work with both neurodivergent and neurotypical clients, including those exploring autism, ADHD, AuDHD, or wondering whether neurodiversity may be part of their experience. Whatever you bring, we can explore it together.

I work in a warm, informal, and relaxed way, drawing on an integrative, relational approach. We go at your pace, and I listen carefully, offering gentle questions and reflections when they feel helpful. Your feedback is always welcome, and we can check in together as we go.

Counselling offers time and space to reflect on what matters to you now, supporting greater self-understanding and choices that feel kinder and more supportive.
