Warm and Friendly Counselling

Main information

Service categories: Counselling and therapies

Hi, I’m Katrin, a warm and qualified counsellor. I work in a neurodiversity-affirming way with young people and adults, offering a welcoming space where you can be yourself and talk openly about what’s going on for you. You might be feeling anxious or overwhelmed, struggling in your relationships, finding life difficult after a change or loss, or wondering about your identity, direction or what comes next. Sometimes, life can leave us questioning ourselves, our relationships or where we fit.

I work with clients exploring life through a neurodivergent lens, including autism, ADHD or AuDHD. Therapy offers a confidential space to talk openly and be yourself. I work in a person-centred, integrative and relational way, adapting to what feels most helpful. We go at your pace, with gentle questions, reflections and space to explore what matters to you.

Our sessions can give you space to understand what is happening for you, notice patterns and explore what might help. We can also think about how that understanding fits into everyday life and what feels helpful for you now. Over time, this can support self-compassion, a clearer sense of what matters to you, and a way forward that feels like your own.

Additional information

I offer a free 10-minute initial phone call where we can talk about what’s bringing you to counselling and what you’re hoping for, and see whether working together feels like a good next step.

Sessions can be paid by bank transfer before each appointment. I’m available Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with some evening availability.

Whatever you're facing, let's talk. I'd love to explore working with you.

If you'd like to arrange an appointment, please email me at warmandfriendlycounselling@gmail.com.

I look forward to connecting with you!
