I am an autistic counsellor and psychotherapist. I have worked extensively with autistic adults, particularly those who received a late diagnosis and are navigating their feelings and understanding around it. I'm also familiar with the unique challenges that women with a late autism diagnosis often face.

I work with couples and relationships where one or more partners are autistic. Autism can cause quite specific issues within a relationship. It can also bring great strength. I also offer separation counselling.

I’m a qualified and registered counsellor and psychotherapist based in Downe near Orpington. I hold a level 2, 3 and 4 CPCAB certificate in Counselling Studies and a level 5 CPCAB certificate in Relationship and Couple's counselling. I am a registered member of The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) which reflects my ongoing commitment to ethical practice and professional standards. But beyond the qualifications, what drives me most is a genuine belief in the power of human connection and the strength we all have within us to grow, heal, and find our way forward with the right support.

Our work together is guided by you - your story, your pace, and what feels right for you. Whether you’re facing a specific difficulty or feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I’m here to walk alongside you without judgment, helping you explore your thoughts and feelings with respect, compassion and care.

You don’t need a diagnosis or a mental health label to seek support. Therapy can be a powerful space for self-discovery, healing, and growth - whatever stage of life you’re in. 

I’m a neurodivergent sensitive and a LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist.

I work with all aspects of anxiety, depression, grief and shame.

I have a lot of experience working with people in stressful and difficult jobs and careers and the difficulties which come with this.
