Specialist autism and neurodivergence online coaching and training tailored to your requirements, including:

• Development and support planning for your needs: session notes and resources looking at your goals, barriers, health and wellbeing and potential actions - tailored for your journey.
• Autism and Neurodivergence awareness - including mapping and profiling your strengths and abilities, transferrable skills; identifying your needs and strategies and reasonable adjustments to enable you to thrive. This will all make a difference in moving forward with less stress and anxiety and with increased self-advocacy, confidence and motivation.
• Personal development in all areas of life/career/study - goal setting, tailored to your needs and journey. For example: Employment and Employability skills such as applying for jobs (e.g. CV, cover letter, application supporting statements), interview skills, through to pre-employment skills and in-work/internship/apprenticeship support.
