Here at Today Psychology Practice we use our many years of experience as NHS mental health professionals, alongside gold standard assessment tools (ADOS-2, ADI-R, DIVA-5/ Young DIVA-5) to complete ASD and ADHD assessments (age 8-18 years). We take a thorough and thoughtful approach to assessment and the recommendations we make. We have links with prescribers for onward ADHD medication referrals if this is needed.
We also have many years of experience working with Autistic people and specialisms in adapting CBT for OCD, Anxiety, Skin Picking and Trichotillomania to meet the needs of our clients (all ages) including offering support to parents/ guardians. We offer one off or repeat sessions to think about issues such as sleep, anxiety or navigating puberty. We offer face-to-face sessions in Richmond Upon Thames and online/ phone sessions across the UK.
