Thriving Autistic is an Autistic-led organisation providing neuroaffirming, rights-based support, resources and community for Autistic and otherwise neurodivergent adults. We support people to understand their neurology, build self-advocacy skills, feel more connected, and access support that respects their identity and lived experience.
Our services include the award winning Discovery Programme, monthly online peer meetups, post-diagnosis support, advocacy clinics, AI-assisted letter-writing support, and practical self-help resources such as health passports, therapy guides and workplace support resources.
Our service is tailored for Autistic people through Autistic leadership, lived experience, clear communication, online access, flexible participation, and attention to sensory, social and cognitive load. People can take part in ways that work for them, including using voice, chat or text-based communication where possible. We aim to create spaces where Autistic people do not need to mask, perform neurotypical communication styles, or explain basic access needs in order to be understood.
