The Umbrella Hub is a support hub for women who are exploring neurodiversity. We offer a variety of meet ups, both online and in-person, where we explore traits and ways in which neurodiversity affects women of all ages. We collaborate with other professionals and hold talks to help build a useful tool box of ways to manage things those with neurodivergence might find challenging. We also share our own experiences and stories to help each other and offer personalised coaching and mentoring to help you navigate life. We've listed below the ways in which you can join our community and share in the benefits of connecting with like minded women.

We hold meet ups monthly on or around the first Saturday of the month and a Monday evening mid month. We meet in and around North Essex and South Suffolk. We come together as a community to chat through challenges, what's gone well, we cover topics such as sensory issues, the diagnosis process, relationships, how to deal with feeling overwhelmed and a great deal more. If you'd like to come along, book your place on our events page or ping us an email to ask any questions.
