Other specialisms: The Stress Company Ltd specialises in early, non‑clinical identification of stress and stressors for both neurodivergent and neurotypical people at home and in the workplace. We focus on understanding how different brains process pressure, communication, and daily demands, and we translate that into practical, accessible guidance that reduces stress to as low as reasonably practicable. Our expertise lies in recognising ND–NT communication differences, workplace stress patterns, and the wider impact of home‑life pressures — including Cassandra‑style stress loops that affect partners and families. By helping individuals and organisations understand stress before it escalates, we create safer, more inclusive, more productive environments where everyone can thrive.
