The Neurodevelopmental Clinic provides specialist, online, neuro-affirming support for individuals across the lifespan, including children, young people, adults, and families. We work with people who identify as Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, or otherwise neurodivergent, as well as those who are exploring or beginning to understand their neurodivergent identity - no formal diagnosis is required to access our services.

Our approach is grounded in neuro-affirming, strengths-based practice. We recognise and respect neurodiversity, focusing on supporting individuals to better understand themselves, reduce distress, and build sustainable, meaningful ways of living that align with their needs and values.

We offer flexible and tailored support in a range of formats, including one-to-one sessions, parent and family support, and group-based programmes. Support is adapted to each individual and family, ensuring it is accessible, practical, and responsive.

Areas of support include:

  • Understanding neurodivergence, identity exploration, and post-diagnostic support
  • Autistic burnout recovery and unmasking
  • Emotional wellbeing and anxiety management
  • Executive functioning (e.g. organisation, planning, motivation)
  • Sensory processing and self-regulation strategies
  • Navigating relationships and social communication
  • Support with education, workplace challenges, and reasonable adjustments
  • Building independence and daily living skills

We also provide dedicated parent and caregiver support, helping families to better understand and support their child or young person. This includes guidance following diagnosis, managing day-to-day challenges, reducing family stress, and fostering positive, neuro-affirming environments at home.

Our aim is to provide compassionate, collaborative, and affordable support that empowers neurodivergent individuals and families to thrive.
