The Learning Support Hub is the process whereby parents, schools and settings can request either learning support for a specific child or young person (Targeted Support) or for staff training, group learning or guidance (Universal Offer). The Learning Support Hub may then refer on to the Early Support team, Portage team or Autism specialist teachers, or other services to offer support.
AGES: 0 to 25 (not 3 to 25 as stated below)
