I am a neuro affirming counsellor, ADHDer and Autism parent, and LGBTQIA+ ally, based in Gillingham Kent, working online across the UK. I specialise in working with clients who are exploring or adjusting to an Autism and/or ADHD diagnosis, struggling with overwhelm, masking, people-pleasing, self-esteem, emotional regulation, anxiety or feeling like they don't quite fit in.

I am a Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP - a professional body), which signifies competence, experience and adherence to ethical guidelines.
