SETH - Supporting Employment / Education Through Horticulture is an outdoor placement scheme that brings autistic people together to build friendships and connections, practice independence and gain work and lifelong skills.

Eligibility

Age: From age 18 to 27

Aimed at: Adolescent , Adult

Referral Sources: Education, NHS and Private, NHS Consultant, NHS Only, NHS primary care, Private Only, Social Care, Yourself

Covers: North East, South East

Registrations & Approaches

Specialisms: Autism and Neurodivergent , Exclusively autism specific, Staff and volunteers get autism awareness training

Other specialisms: Two groups meeting over a 12-week programme that included a series of 121 and group activities, and one-to-one mentoring supported by ASD coach, horticultural therapist, art therapist, first aider.
