I am a BACP-accredited counsellor providing a dedicated, neuro-affirming sanctuary for Autistic and ADHD adults and young people. My practice is built on the belief that neurodivergence is a difference to be understood and accommodated, not a problem to be fixed. I offer a low-demand, sensory-aware therapeutic environment where you are encouraged to show up exactly as you are—without the pressure to mask or perform.
