Spencer Clarke Group is an education and SEND recruitment agency who support mainstream and SEND schools, alternative provisions, PRUs and local authorities with specialist professionals.

We supply professionals who understand and support the individual needs of SEND learners, including autistic and neurodivergent children and young people. Our aim is to help every child feel supported, included and able to reach their true potential.

Our Career Hub contains practical resources for education professionals, helping them better understand and support learners with SEND. Our resources cover a range of areas including autism, ADHD, sensory needs, communication, behaviour, inclusion approaches to learning, providing practical insights and guidance that educators can use everyday.

Our commitment to supporting children and young people with SEND goes far beyond finding the right staff to support them. We’re passionate about making a meaningful difference wherever we can. From donating school uniforms and food parcels to funding vital resources that help schools better support their learners, we’re committed to giving back to the communities we work with. We’ve even helped build a new school playground, creating a safe and inclusive space where children can play, socialise, build confidence and develop important life skills.

We believe that supporting SEND children is about more than just academic achievement. It is about understanding each child as an individual, recognising their strengths and needs, creating safe environments where they feel included, and giving them the opportunities and support they need to thrive.
