I am an AuDHD counsellor and offer counselling for autistic and/or ADHD adults. I received my ASC diagnosis in 2015 and my ADHD in 2022. I have over 15 years experience of working as a counsellor and specialist mentor with neurodivergent individuals or their partners and/or family members.
