Sorted + Supported provides structured, practical support for autistic and neurodivergent individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unable to move forward — especially when life or work becomes difficult to manage alone.
This includes employees, self-employed individuals, business owners, and individuals transitioning from education into work or adult life who are struggling to manage responsibilities, sustain routines, or move forward in a manageable way.
Real-world, step-by-step support to help you stabilise what you’re carrying, make sense of your situation, and move forward in a way that actually holds.
Support may include:
• Making sense of your situation when everything feels unclear
• Breaking things down into manageable, achievable steps
• Preparing for conversations with professionals and services
• Communicating your needs more clearly and confidently
• Staying on track with structure, accountability, and consistent guidance
Work & Access to Work Support
Support is available for those in work, returning to work, self-employed, or preparing to enter work — including those who do not yet have Access to Work funding in place.
We can help you to:
• Understand whether Access to Work is right for you
• Identify what support you need in your work or future work
• Prepare for applications and assessments
• Organise your thoughts, examples, and evidence
• Communicate your needs clearly during assessments
• Translate recommendations into practical, workable support
You do not need to already have funding to get support.
Many people who come to Sorted + Supported:
• Feel capable, but cannot organise or express what they need
• Feel overwhelmed by the transition into work or adult life
• Avoid forms, emails, or appointments due to overwhelm
• Have tried to engage with services, but things keep breaking down
• Are seen as “inconsistent” when they are actually overloaded
This service sits in the gap between knowing what you need — and being able to follow it through.
Support is:
• Flexible and tailored to each individual
• Paced to reduce overwhelm and support processing
• Focused on psychological safety and clear communication
• Designed to build confidence and self-direction over time
