Seren Neurodiversity Specialists provides specialist coaching and support for Neurodivergent adults across the UK, and evidence-based neurodiversity training and consultancy for organisations. Founded by Emma Kearns, MSc Psychology, with over 20 years of professional experience and genuine lived experience as a late-identified ADHD adult.

For individuals, Seren offers a whole-life approach to neurodiversity support, we start with understanding the person before implementing workplace strategies. Whether you have a formal diagnosis, are late-identified, self-identified or currently on an NHS waiting list, Seren provides the specialist support you need to understand how your brain works and build strategies that actually fit your life.

Neurodiversity coaching and support through Seren may be funded through Access to Work, the government scheme that provides financial support for people in employment whose health condition or disability affects their ability to work. Access to Work can fund up to 12 coaching sessions, extendable to 24, paid directly to your coach. You apply through the Department for Work and Pensions - your employer does not need to be involved or fund the support directly. We are happy to discuss Access to Work eligibility and the application process on your free discovery call, and can provide supporting documentation to help with your application.

All services begin with a free 30-minute discovery call. No obligation. No sales pitch. Just a conversation to understand where you are and whether Seren is the right fit.
