The SensoryMe web app is a digital tool developed to help late realised neurodivergent users explore and manage their sensory experiences, both in the moment and over time. It has been written with an adult audience in mind but young people could be supported to use it with an adult present.

Built by Dr Grace Roberts with the help of specialist occupational therapist Alexandra Lawrence, both of whom are autistic. A simple prototype is available to use but if you sign up for the mailing list, a full version will be launching in September 2026.
