SENDhelp is a specialist provider of high-quality SEND support, working across schools, Local Authorities, and private families to deliver tailored, autism-informed staffing and bespoke education packages. We support children and young people with a wide variety of needs, including complex autism, SEMH, medical needs, non-attendance, and those awaiting or transitioning between placements.

What makes SENDhelp unique is our highly specialist workforce and our commitment to providing consistent, relationship-led support. Our team includes experienced SEND Teaching Assistants, Behaviour Mentors, Intervenors, BSL Communicators, HLTAs, SEND Teachers, and multidisciplinary professionals who are trained to work with autistic learners and those with complex communication profiles.

We work in close partnership with Local Authorities across the UK to design and deliver Education Other Than at School (EOTAS) packages, including 1:1 and 2:1 bespoke programmes, transition plans, and specialist home-based education. Our approach ensures safe, structured, autism-supportive environments with detailed risk assessments, clear routines, and highly personalised strategies.

SENDhelp also works directly with SEND schools (including NAS schools) and mainstream settings, supplying specialist staff who understand sensory needs, communication differences, low-arousal approaches, and positive behaviour support. For private families, we provide tailored support for children who require additional assistance at home, in the community, or during periods of non-attendance.

We pride ourselves on being ethical, transparent, and relationship-focused - ensuring consistency for the child, reducing placement breakdowns, and providing a seamless link between home, school, and the wider multidisciplinary team. Every package is overseen by a dedicated SENDhelp manager to guarantee safety, quality, and progress.

SENDhelp’s mission is simple: to deliver exceptional, specialist SEND support that improves outcomes for autistic children and young people, empowers families, and strengthens the services around them.
