SEND Inspired EOTAS Learning Activity Boxes

Main information

Service categories: Schools and education providers

Learning Activity Boxes specialising in learners with a PDA or Emotionally Based School Avoidant (EBSA) profile in receipt of an Education Other than at School (EOTAS) package

A gentle, personalised way to reconnect with education.

We know that for some learners, education can feel overwhelming. Our Letterbox Learning service is designed especially for learners with demand avoidant or emotionally based school avoidant profiles, who may struggle to access education in traditional settings.

Engaging resources: Each package includes a mix of games, creative activities, and independent tasks.

Clear guidance: Every pack comes with simple instructions so parents, carers, or supporters know how to use them.

Optional activities: Learners choose what feels right for them, nothing is compulsory, and nothing is marked unless learners decide it’s helpful.

Pressure‑free progress: We monitor progress in flexible ways that avoid stress, focusing on confidence and curiosity.

Future pathways: For those who wish, there’s the option to work towards Functional Skills qualifications at their own pace.

Our approach is all about choice, flexibility, and encouragement: helping learners rediscover the joy of learning in their own time and way.

Resources are delivered on a weekly basis (or a mutually agreed schedule) and are curated to meet academic and personal goals.
