- Crisis prevention and emotional wellbeing support for adults aged 18+
- Safe, non-judgemental environment offering both face-to-face and telephone support
- Autism-friendly support tailored to individual communication and sensory needs
- Dedicated sensory room available to help individuals regulate, decompress and feel safe during times of distress
- Staff experienced in supporting autistic individuals experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, social isolation and emotional crisis
- Flexible support including 1-1 sessions, wellbeing groups and community-based activities
- Support with coping strategies, grounding techniques and emotional regulation
- Signposting and referrals to appropriate local services and ongoing community support
- Inclusive environment that values neurodiversity and promotes understanding and acceptance
- Evening and weekend support available to improve accessibility for those in need
