• Crisis prevention and emotional wellbeing support for adults aged 18+
• Safe, non-judgemental environment offering both face-to-face and telephone support
• Autism-friendly support tailored to individual communication and sensory needs
• Dedicated sensory room available to help individuals regulate, decompress and feel safe during times of distress
• Staff experienced in supporting autistic individuals experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, social isolation and emotional crisis
• Flexible support including 1-1 sessions, wellbeing groups and community-based activities
• Support with coping strategies, grounding techniques and emotional regulation
