Rise and Rest Coaching is an independent neurodiversity-affirming coaching service supporting young people (10-18) and adults to help them navigate life complexities, reach their goals, and to provide a safe space to talk. Our coaching space offers a practical, future-focused approach that complements mentoring, youth work and therapeutic services, with no service criteria or session limits. 

Coaching may focus on:

• Confidence and self-esteem
• Managing executive functioning challenges
• Reducing overwhelm and preventing burnout
• Building routines and independence 
• Motivation and goal setting 
• Confidence, self-advocacy and relationships
• Education, employment and life transitions
• General wellbeing and quality of life
• Understanding identity, including potential diagnoses (e.g., neurodivergence, chronic illness)

Sessions are available face-to-face for young people in Breckland, or online for young people and adults nationwide.
