I am an AuDHD therapist and co-author of 'On Being An Autistic Therapist'. I work with autistic/ADHD adults, whether they are exploring a potential diagnosis, processing a diagnosis or want to work on something else altogether. I largely use ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) but have 15 years of training and experience in other areas and types of counselling.
