Psychotherapy for autistic adults, AuDHD adults and parents of neurodivergent children

Main information

Service categories: Counselling and therapies

I offer person-centred psychotherapy for autistic adults, AuDHD adults and late-identified neurodivergent adults, including those who are self-diagnosed, undiagnosed or awaiting assessment. Many of the people I work with feel low in self-worth, out of step with the people around them or worn down by years of holding it together. You don't need a formal diagnosis to work with me.

I have a close personal connection to neurodivergence, alongside my professional training, and it shapes how I work. I try to help you understand yourself and find a way of living that actually fits.

Who I work with:

  • Autistic adults, including those who are self-diagnosed, undiagnosed or awaiting assessment
  • AuDHD adults
  • Late-identified neurodivergent adults working out what that means for their past and their future
  • Adults who mask heavily and whose neurodivergence may not be obvious to others
  • Anyone who has spent years feeling like they don't fit in, without knowing why
  • Parents and carers of neurodivergent children, who are often navigating their own exhaustion, grief or self-doubt alongside supporting their child

What I can support you with

  • Autistic burnout and the exhaustion that comes from years of masking
  • Low self-worth and not fitting in
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Identity and self-understanding, including around a late diagnosis
  • The grief, relief and confusion that can follow finding out you're neurodivergent later in life
  • The particular pressures parents of neurodivergent children face, including exhaustion, isolation and the strain of navigating diagnosis, school and services

How I work

I follow the person-centred approach, which means the direction and pace of therapy is set by you. Sessions are available in English and French. I see clients in person in Clapham, London, and online across the UK.
