As a trauma-informed Autistic and ADHD coach, I offer one-to-one coaching and mentoring support designed for neurodivergent spicy brains. My coaching is a space where your unique thinking is celebrated, not pathologised. But not in a “isn’t autism and ADHD so cool and a superpower” kind of way (yay but unhelpful), as we all know we live in a neurotypical world and so we’re finding ways to honour ourselves within that reality.

We work together to make sense of your ideas, untangle your thoughts, and turn your big-picture brilliance into practical, doable steps. Whether you’re a creative thinker, a leader, a professional, a small business owner, or just navigating life’s complexities, my approach is grounded in understanding how your brain works — without judgment, masking, or beige, boring advice.

I love to work with you on "running the experiment" as anyone that is telling you that there is ONE answer is telling big porkies, so we "give it a go", reflect, and then pop it in the toolbag if it goes well and more onto something else if it's not helpful. There is no "failed", there is just experiments and learning to trust yourself more and more every time.

I don’t vibe with “just try harder” or “be more consistent” platitudes. Instead, I help you find clarity, develop strategies that actually work for your brain, and build momentum even on wobbly days. This is support that respects your autonomy, values your insights, and helps you create a life (and work) that genuinely fits you.

I am just turned 50s and late-diagnosed when I realised that I unknowingly raised two kids, both with autism and ADHD who are now 33 and 28 and we spend our days finding ways to navigate our work and the world in new ways. 

I have a number of styles of short and longer one-to-one support available on my website including one-off intensive session, long term “traditional style” coaching and my accountability coaching package.
