Service categories: Counselling and therapies

Phoenix Therapy Practice is a not-for-profit therapy organisation with clinics in Brighton and Hove. Our aim is to provide accessible, high-quality, affordable counselling for those who are in need, including for Autistic and neurodivergent people. Each person is offered a free initial consultation so that we can think together about the best way forward.

  • We aim to make our services as accessible as possible, and work with our practitioners and clients to ensure that we are continually improving our working practices.
  • We hold a monthly Neurodiversity group for practitioners to learn and reflect on their practice.
