At Our Space, we work to support the mental health of children and young people through Play Therapy, Filial Therapy and creative arts. Play Therapy helps children understand complex feelings and emotions they might not be able to talk about, allowing them to process and communicate at their own pace in a safe environment.

Based in Worcester we support children, adolescents and their families, promoting healing and integration through the therapeutic powers of play and creative arts.
