I am an experienced UKCP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience of working with people with a wide variety of experience from all walks of life.

My approach integrates many different psychotherapeutic modalities so that the client feels valued in their uniqueness and we can work in a way that is effective for them. This may include examining their story, working with their present-time experience using breath work, building a safe therapeutic relationship, art, music, and whatever way they find helpful.
