Next Step Transitions is an enthusiastic and innovative community interest company based in Magherafelt. We work with young Autistic people aged 14-19 and their parents/carers to help them overcome any barriers they may face as they transition from School into further, higher education, training, or employment.

Age: From age 14 to 19
Aimed at: Anyone with an Association to Autism, Parent/carer of a young person, Professional, School, Young person
