I offer online and phone sessions worldwide. I offer counselling and psychotherapy and EMDR. I also offer clinical supervision to trainees counsellors and qualified professionals.I specialise in neurodiversity and I am a neurodivergent BACP Accredited Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. I bring both professional understanding and lived experience of neurodiversity. My approach is neurodiversity‑affirming and trauma‑informed, supporting clients to work safely and at their own pace. I am experienced in working with autistic, ADHD, AuDHDers, highly sensitive and neurotypical people. I have extensive experience supporting autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, neurodivergent, highly sensitive, and neurotypical clients. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down‑to‑earth, offering a deeply validating space focused on self‑understanding and nervous system regulation. My work is neurodiversity‑affirming and trauma‑informed.
