I offer support, reflection, and strategies for autistic / neurodivergent people. I am AuDHD myself and I find there is a huge benefit to providing people with the opportunity to process their experiences in conversation.

My approach is informed by the social model and I recognise that disability is socially constructed and that people disabled by these social norms are discriminated against. My work begins with the intent to liberate and recognises the vital humanity of neurodivergent people.
