Working with adults, young adults, teenagers and parents with recent or long term discovered Autism, ADD/ADHD and AuDHD.

Support is available for:

Executive Functioning coaching - time management, planning, improving focus, time blindness, motivation and drive etc
Stress and anxiety management techniques
Emotional regulation and self regulation, incorporating breathing, meditation and movement techniques
Social, conversational and self-esteem coaching
Sensory sensitivity challenges
Help with developing special interests into work and career opportunities
Neurodivergent nutrition and sleep support
Support in creating positive ND environments and addressing challenging ones
Helping to discern difference between special/intense interests (positive) and stress/emotion-avoiding activities (short term stress management but creating long term challenges)
Parent and family support sessions

Initial consultations available free of charge to determine if we can do some meaningful work together, on a client-led journey of personal development and growth.
