Neurodivergent coaching offers an affirming space to explore how autism, ADHD, other forms of neurodivergence, or possible neurodivergence may shape wellbeing, confidence, relationships and everyday life.
The work recognises that many challenges arise not from who someone is, but from environments, expectations and systems that were not designed with neurodivergent people in mind. Support is compassionate, strengths-based and paced to respect sustainability, boundaries and sensory needs.
Coaching may be helpful for people who are:
• navigating diagnosis, self-identification or questioning
• managing masking, overwhelm or burnout
• feeling misunderstood or out of step in certain environments
• exploring identity, strengths and patterns
• developing supportive routines
• strengthening self-advocacy
• making decisions about disclosure, adjustments or support needs
• looking for support with sensory regulation, executive functioning or emotional processing
Sessions are sensory-aware and flexible. They may include visual tools, movement, fidgets or grounding objects where helpful. Online sessions are available throughout the UK, with in-person sessions available in the Brighton area.
My approach is informed by professional experience, specialist coaching qualifications and my own lived experience of autism and ADHD. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Life Coaching and a qualification in Neurodiversity Coaching, alongside advanced qualifications and training in trauma-informed coaching, advocacy, mental health and wellbeing, mindfulness, equality and inclusion.
I also provide clinical supervision and reflective practice for professionals, teams and organisations supporting autistic and otherwise neurodivergent people. This includes neuro-affirming supervision for neurodivergent practitioners and staff working across health, social care, advocacy and community services, with space to explore identity, access, workplace adjustments, relationships, workload and the emotional impact of the work.
A free 20-minute introductory conversation is available to discuss what you are looking for and whether my approach feels suitable.
