Neurodivergent-Affirming Counselling
Main information
Service categories: Counselling and therapies

I specialise in supporting neurodivergent clients, including autistic and ADHD people. Therapy can be a space to understand your process, unmask, and heal the impact of living in a neurotypical world. Together we can work through shame, celebrate difference, and support you in becoming your full neurodivergent self.
My practice is neurodivergent-affirming. I seek to accommodate sensory preferences and welcome exploration of how you would like to communicate in therapy, creating a space where you feel safe and supported.
Alongside this, I support clients with a wide range of challenges — from anxiety, trauma depression, and low self-esteem to relationship difficulties, bereavement, and stress. I seek to offer a space where you can explore what’s happening in your life with care and curiosity, allowing what needs attention to emerge.
I practice Gestalt therapy, drawing from humanistic, existential, somatic and trauma-informed perspectives. I hold a Clinical Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapeutic Counselling from Metanoia Institute and am an accredited counsellor registered with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I currently see clients in private practice and at 1 in 4, a clinic focused on trauma.
