I am a person-centred therapist that offers online and face to face counselling. I have a specialism in working with autistic children and those with a learning disability, which has supported me in my work with adults too.

Therapy that I offer is non-directive, which means that you can set the pace of how many sessions you would like and what you're comfortable to discuss. We can work creatively with art, role-play or board games if this makes you would like to, or we can just talk.

I am open to any reasonable adjustments you may have and you don't need a diagnosis to work with me, I work with people of all backgrounds. So if you're a family member of an autistic child and want support for yourself, then you are more than welcome to reach out too.

It is free to contact me and ask me questions to decide whether I'm the right fit for you. I don't believe there's any such thing as a silly question, so please let me know if you have any concerns or worries about starting therapy. (Please note that I won't be able to offer any therapeutic advice outside of sessions).

If you decide you'd like to give it a go, here's how it will look:

We will agree on a day and time for your first session, you can decide if you would like to have a set number of sessions or go with the flow.

I will send you over a contract so you know what to expect from the session. It's important you read through this and sign that you understand the terms. Once you've sent this back to me, I will provide you with a link to access our session in advance.

If we are arranging to meet face to face, I will send you over details of the address. If you want any pictures of the space or have questions about accessibility, please let me know. I will be honest with you about what I can't provide so we can find a solution.

In our first session, we'll mostly discuss what brings you to therapy and how you'd like to work together.

Currently my rate is at £50 a session. For adults, these sessions are generally 50 minutes which is called a 'therapeutic hour'. For children, sessions are around 40 minutes depending on age.
