I am a late diagnosed AuDHD, dyslexic, person centred counsellor (BACP reg.) and somatic therapist (BCYT reg.) living with a neurodivergent family. I offer a compassionate, neuro-affirmative, trauma sensitive space for people aged 16 and up to explore their own unique experience of living as a neurodivergent person. I work collaboratively in a relational way to support people to make the changes they want in their lives.

I support people lots of different things including

*women and late diagnosis

*anxiety and depression

*build self-esteem

*sense of identity, diagnosis or not

*burnout

*trauma, emotional processing and nervous system regulation

*grief and loss

*practical and creative skills for living well

*support parents/carers of SEND
