Autism Service Directory

Naturally Paul - AuDHD Life Coach

Main information

Service categories: Counselling and therapies

Overwhelmed? Overthinking? Frustrated? Don’t know where to start, but feel driven like a motor? Anxious? And still saying “yes” to too much? Each of us has our own life experience, preferences and medical card. We are all unique and AuDHD (Autism and ADHD combined) benefits from a nuanced approach, based around our own individual needs.

My main focus is helping you work with yourself more constructively, activating more of the qualities and skills you already have, unlocking your potential. After all you’ve had successes in life so far, just now you want to do even better.

I bring my own neurodivergent background (adhd, autism, dyspraxia), 15+ years experience of working in the tech sector, my experience working with AuDHD support groups and being a trustee of the Scottish ADHD Coalition

Other specialities include an understanding of LGBTQ life, giftedness, and working with people whose first language isn’t English.

All my coaching is delivered online. Book a no-obligation free intro call if you are looking for a safe space to explore and understand yourself better, with a gentle bit of stretching also thrown in!

Much more information on my website and my blog, which includes bold explainers, thoughtful pieces and some fun in between. I’m also active on LinkedIn and Bluesky.
