Spectrum Advocacy & Coaching CIC offers specialized coaching and advocacy services tailored specifically to autistic individuals and their families. We focus on supporting emotional well-being and personal development through a strengths-based approach. Our services are designed to help neurodivergent individuals thrive in a world that doesn’t always understand them.

We work with individuals aged 11 and up, providing strategies to enhance executive functioning, reduce anxiety, and build confidence in various aspects of life, whether it's at school, work, or in personal relationships. Our tailored coaching sessions incorporate positive psychology and proven techniques, addressing the unique needs of each client.

In addition, we offer advocacy services to help families navigate the education system, healthcare, and other essential services, ensuring that autistic individuals receive the support and accommodations they need to succeed.

Our mission is to create a safe and empowering environment where neurodivergent individuals and their families can flourish.
