Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy for Adults and Young People (16+)
If you're autistic, have ADHD, or are dyslexic, you may have faced challenges that neurotypical people don't encounter as often — depression, anxiety, trauma, or bullying. Perhaps you've spent years masking who you are to fit in, leading to exhaustion and burnout. Maybe you've been told you're "too sensitive," or had your needs dismissed or misunderstood.
You might be wondering if you're part of a generation that grew up undiagnosed. Or perhaps you're trying to understand your child better and recognizing aspects of yourself in them, curious whether you might be neurodivergent too.
How I Can Support You
I offer a safe, understanding space to explore what neurodiversity means for you — whether you're considering pursuing a diagnosis, processing a recent one, or learning how to adapt your life to better honour your needs. Having navigated the Educational Health Care Plan process myself, I understand what it's like to advocate for the support you deserve.
My Approach
I bring lived experience of neurodiversity, parenting, complex family dynamics, and burnout to my practice. My clients often tell me they look forward to their sessions, that they find me a calming presence, and that they feel comfortable opening up. Many appreciate my sense of humour, which helps create a warm, genuine therapeutic experience.
I'm here to help you understand yourself better and build a life that works for you, not against you.
