• Stroud Court Community Trust is a registered residential care home for up to 39 autistic adults. It is a charitable trust administered by a board of voluntary trustees
• We were established in 1982 and now employ almost 100 skilled and experienced staff
• Accommodation is provided in a range of purpose built homes within a 17 acre site
• Activities and opportunities are available to meet a wide range of interests and preferences
• The Trust focuses on creating a calm and structured environment tailored to the unique needs of each supported person, aiming to improve their quality of life 
• Stroud Court is committed to excellence and innovation, continuously enhancing its facilities and care practices
• The Trust emphasises understanding and respect, fostering a supportive community where supported people can thrive
• Recognising the importance of a dedicated workforce, the Trust has increased staff pay above the Real Living Wage and improved working conditions to attract and retain skilled professionals
• We acknowledge and accept the differences experienced by autistic people and work collaboratively to ensure support and care is aligned to their specific preferences and requirements
